As with all business, the COVID-19 pandemic is impacting the day to day business of our office. We want you to know that both your safety and the continuation of your services are of the utmost importance to us.

Our office is pleased to offer an electronic experience to assist you.  We can assist you over the phone or through video conferencing.  Our office also has the capability to provide for your legal needs via our online cloud-based system that eliminate the need to hand deliver documents and other information. 

As many of you are left with increased time on your hands, now many be the perfect time to take care of things that often get skipped on the to-do list, including setting up a will or a trust.  Whatever the need we can help.  We also accept a number of legal insurance plans such as Metlaw/Hyatt, ARAG, Legal Shield and US Legal. 

For both your safety and ours, there will be no walk-in services at this time. Our phones are operating on normal business hours, and you will be able to reach both our support staff as well as your attorney as needed. We will evaluate your situation to determine the best way to deliver your specifically needed service, whether you are a returning or new client. Our client intake information is completed entirely electronically, and is a very simple process. We have the capability to have both telephone and video conferencing with multiple parties if needed. Even formal signatures can be accomplished electronically in most cases.

In the rare situation it is deemed that a face-to-face interaction is needed, we will take appropriate precautions to minimize both your and our risk, including increased office cleaning and disinfecting, increased handwashing guidelines and availability of hand sanitizer, and minimizing traffic into our office in general. In accordance with CDC regulations, we have asked employees with sicknesses or exposures to self-quarantine at home.
